We say low fat, but what does that actually mean? It means lower fat than normal ice cream with two thirds of the fat being unsaturated, which is much healthier for you! Ice cream without any fat would taste like cardboard, so we had to leave a little in!

We orginally developed Excel with kids in mind.
Up until now, children have had little to no other choices in schools except to buy fatty snacks and sugar loaded carbonated drinks. Excel offers a lot of goodness without the fats and sugars. We stumbled onto its mass market appeal when our taste testers kept coming back for more!
