Tisa Neuger

Tisa hails from the tiny country of Malawi, "The Warm Heart of Africa."   She came to America at age two and was raised in the hills of North Carolina. After moving to Tampa in 1996 and finishing high school as an All County soccer player, Tisa went on to get her AA degree.  She worked her way through school as a promotions coordinator at Clear Channel Radio.  Tisa jumped right into the work world with both feet.  Her resume includes customer service positions, accounting experience, and a time at EVOS, a healthy fast food restaurant.  Tisa married Tony Neuger, a research scientist at Moffitt.  The two of them are avid soccer and hockey fans (and ice cream lovers!), and they enjoy the company of their three dogs while obsessing over home and yard improvement projects.

John Justice
District Sales Manager
John grew up in beautiful sunny Southern California. After high school he joined the Air Force, and then went on to college.  While still in school, John got his start in the food industry when he joined Jeno's Frozen Pizzas and Snacks as a Region Manager. He was transferred to the Detroit area where he met his wife, Vickie.

Eventually John was transferred to the Orlando, FL home office as Director of National Accounts, Food Service and Private Label with Jeno's. When the company was sold to Pillsbury in '84 John accepted a position with Chiquita Brands to introduce their new line of juices and ice cream products. Shortly afterwards he was promoted to Division Sales Vice President, managing half the US.

After three years Jeno called and told John he was starting a new project.  John became his Vice President of Sales. When that company was sold John hooked up with co-workers from Jeno's and they worked with Friendly's Ice Cream on their introduction into the supermarket business. After being transferred about, John and his wife longed to return to Florida.

Looking for an opportunity in an entrepreneurial environment, John met with the management of Old Meeting House Ice Cream, and has joined us in a mutually beneficial business relationship as our Business Development Executive.
